We make 2 recipes for food service. The first is our super premium 'Ultimate' recipe. It is a lighter pudding than many, with no treacly bitterness. It is packed with top quality fruits and nuts. We also have a 'Traditional' recipe. This premium recipe has a simpler ingredient listing than the Ultimate. While the recipe contains no nuts it cannot be guaranteed to be nut free. It is a rich, delicious, high-quality product. Our open plan bakery makes gluten free puddings impossible for us to produce.
We offer a variety of size for both the ultimate and traditional recipe the most popular being:
120g - Case size of 48
454g - Case size of 12
908g - Case size of 6
1kg - Case size of 8 (individually labelled so that cases can be split)
Other sizes available upon request.
We make alcohol free puddings to order. We can provide versions of our recipes using different alcohols. We have made puddings using beers rather than the brandy we usually steep the fruit in. We can use a beer made by your brewery customer provided that we can get hold of the beer in an appropriate format and that you order in whole batches (about 110 Kg).
We are aware that presentation is hugely important to chefs. The only way to get puddings which look great on the plate is to hand press every one of them. We are not making puddings on a high-speed line - we're hands on. This is the result:

While we generally make to order we do try to keep a pallet in hand of Traditional 120g and 1kg puddings so that we can respond to 'emergency' reorders. We would be grateful if main orders could be placed as early as possible and certainly a good month before required delivery date. That said we are not rigid and will always try to help if you have a pudding crisis. Best prices are for whole pallets of one product, but we will mix pallets for an extra charge. We send out orders on a 3-day pallet delivery service. Next day is available at extra cost.
