If you require us to produce a new label for yourself, it is a very simple 2 step process!
Step 1 – Gather any images that you want to place on your label. There are a variety of options. A popular one is a logo, but my personal favorite are the drawings sent in! Some schools have competitions for pupils to create a design for the label and the best design gets to be on all the puddings. This part is completely up to you – all I need from you is images and any text you want on the label. For label design information please click the red box below.
Step 2 – This is where we work our magic! We will work hard to produce a label that we think you will love including all the requirements requested and send you proof to look at. You can then confirm whether you want to move forward with this design and send straight to print or we can work on the label together and make any adjustments then we can send the label to print when you are 100% happy with the designs.
Please keep in mind that label designs can take up to 2 weeks to finalise and print in peak season so be mindful when placing the order if you require a specific date for delivery.
If you have a label you have used previously or in the process of creating your label you will need to fill out the following information seen on the form below, this will automatically be sent to our emails, from this we can process your order and send you an order confirmation. This is a manual process done by us so please check this thoroughly to ensure all the information is correct and no mistakes have been made.
Our minimum order is £250. Orders over £350 have free delivery. To alleviate the pressure on the peak November delivery weeks we offer a 2.5% discount on orders delivered before the end of October. You do not need to pay when an order is placed. We will send you an invoice when your puddings are dispatched. We ask you to pay this invoice within 14 days of receipt. Puddings are classified as food items and are zero rated for vat.
