We make thousands of special recipe Christmas puddings annually, some of the customers that we proudly work closely with are, Nana Lily's, Lewis & Cooper, Cowmire Hall, Theakstons and Shepherd's Neame. Our customers provide us with recipes, ingredients or both for example an alcohol or an ingredient can be incorporated to create their very own pudding.
If you have a recipe you would like us to make, we can do so provided that you can order in whole batches of around 100kg. We will produce small batch samples for you at modest cost.
